COORDINATION | STARTING AT $1,750
This package is designed for the couples that have worked out a plan, but want help executing it. You'll have piece of mind on your special day so you can focus on enjoying each moment. This package includes:
-Initial meeting to learn about you, your wedding day, and where you are in the planning process
-3 Month meeting to check your planning progress and make sure everything is falling into place
-3 Week meeting to go over all final wedding weekend details
-Professional input regarding planning details
-Detailed Wedding Day Time-Line and Planning Checklist
-Walk-Thru of Ceremony and Reception spaces (during the 3 month or 3 week meeting)
-Direct and attend wedding rehearsal (1 hour)
-General Decor set up, take down and pack up
-12 hours of Wedding Day Coordination including overseeing all vendors, timeline details and logistics
-Use of Emergency Wedding Kit
-Distribution of final vendor payments and gratuities
-Peace of mind on your special day so you can enjoy each moment and take it all in!
Additional hours of wedding day coordination can be added at $150.00/hour

FULL SERVICE | Starting at $4,750
From, "Yes," to "I Do!" If you have a vision for your special day, but have no idea where to begin, our full service package is there for you every step of the way! It includes all of the items in the "Coordination" package along with:
-Budget preparation, allocation and management
-Preparing and maintaining a wedding planning schedule throughout the entire contracted period
-Development of concept (including food, beverages, decor, attire, etc)
-Venue and Vendor recommendations
-Coordinate venue and vendor appointments and attend meetings (as needed)
-Review venue and vendor contracts
-Assist with hotel accommodations and negotiating sleeping room block rates

Just need a kickstart to get the process going, let me know! We can give you a little boost to get the ball rolling. If you need more help afterwards - We've got options for that! This 2 hour session includes:
-Assistance with vendor recommendations
-Itinerary creation
-Design and conceptualize
-Information and experience to get you through the planning process
If you decide to include Copper Feather Events in your wedding day as a coordinator or planner after your kick start meeting we will put $150 of your kick start meeting costs towards your new package
